We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge?
After you receive the product, we accept return/refund requests within 30 days. Exceeding the deadline, We will no longer be responsible for this.
We accept returns by mail, and no restocking fees!
1.If you have got a defective or damaged product, and if you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] to get the operation process and return address. It’s a free replacement.
2.If you received wrong product, or you received any broken products, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective, Zoinico is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees.
3.If you chose the wrong product due to a changed mind, personal taste, etc. The customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees.

We will email you back within 1 to 2 business days with a return authorization number and a free pre-paid return label. The return instructions will be included with your return label email.
Please note:
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;
Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging,
accessories and embellishments fully intact;
Formal dress, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
